Is it normal (or more importantly, is it OK) for babies to grind their teeth? She's only got 3, and she's already driving me crazy with that sound! Argh!

Totally normal. Irritating, but nromal. Once she'e accustumed to having uppers and lowers, she'll stop. kayla
